replacement puzzle pieces
Have you lost or think there's a piece missing from your puzzle? No problem, we'll replace it.
Keep in mind that the process of separating replacement parts is time-consuming, but we always ship them. Currently, this process takes between 2 and 3 months after receiving the email.
check how to identify the lost piece(s):
the example above shows part A3/B3.
send an email to pecinhaperdida@gume.store with the title " puzzle name + order number ", and inform:
a) the code of the lost part;
b) a photo of the completed puzzle, clearly showing the space for the missing piece.
c) copy of the invoice, order number and/or CPF of the person who made the purchase.
Missing parts will be sent to the same address as the invoice. If you need to send to another address, please inform us in the email.
We offer free replacement of a single order of up to 10 pieces, within 1 year of purchase.
Important : Keep in mind that the process of separating lost items takes a long time. Don't worry if you don't receive an immediate response by email. Your items will be shipped within 8-12 weeks, and only after that will we send you an email with the tracking code.
