When will sold out products be back?

By the end of August 2025, illustrated maps of Brasília and Rio de Janeiro will return, in addition to receiving new maps of Belo Horizonte, Salvador and Florianópolis.

The Van Gogh collection is currently discontinued and there are currently no plans to return.

Other products, such as "People of Brazilian Music" and works by Tarsila do Amaral, which are sold out, will return in November 2025.

I lost a part, do you send a replacement?

Of course! We offer free replacement of up to 10 items for up to 1 year after purchase. Click here to learn how to order.

I'm in a hurry, can I pick up the product?

We do not currently have this pickup option available, but we do have a 1-business-day local delivery option for central areas of São Paulo.

What is the delivery time for my region?

After the invoice is issued, which takes 1 business day after payment confirmation, the Regular Shipping deadlines for puzzles are:

SP, RJ and MG; up to 10 calendar days.
ES, PR, SC and RS; up to 12 calendar days.
Central-West and Northeast regions: up to 16 calendar days.
Northern Region: up to 20 calendar days.

I have a problem with my delivery.

Do you make custom puzzles?

No. The minimum our production process can make is 250 units of each image.
